Take the Needs Assessment
Our needs assessment is a vital step in understanding the unique challenges and opportunities Native American communities face on the path to food sovereignty. By collecting detailed insights, we aim to strengthen efforts that restore and uphold ancestral food practices.
This assessment goes beyond identifying challenges—it outlines clear, actionable strategies to overcome barriers and ensure that Indigenous food systems are reclaimed and sustained for future generations.
To make it easy for you to participate, we’ve provided two options: an online version for quick access and a downloadable version you can complete at your own pace. We recommend printing the survey double-sided for convenience. It should take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
Participants who complete the assessment will receive a $20 gift card.
